We produce single, double, and triple-wall corrugated board in standard and custom dimensions. Flute profiles range from A to F, allowing clients to select the optimal balance of cushioning, weight, and stacking strength. Our corrugating lines process both virgin kraft and recycled test liner substrates. End products include flat sheets for in-house conversion, pre-cut blanks, and fully formed RSC or die-cut boxes. Printing is available up to four-colour flexography, including barcode, QR code, and regulatory labelling requirements. Clients in automotive and electronics particularly value our ESD-safe liner options.
Our blown and cast stretch film lines produce machine-grade and hand-grade rolls from 17 to 35 microns. Pre-stretch formulations reduce film consumption by up to 50% without sacrificing load containment. We also manufacture UV-resistant outdoor pallet wrap, coloured security wrap, and vented films for produce and perishable logistics. Custom core diameters and roll lengths are available for clients integrating our film into automated wrapping machinery. We supply leading 3PL operators, industrial distributors, and direct to production facilities across Western and Central Europe.
We convert polyethylene, polyurethane, and cross-linked foam materials into precision-cut inserts, cavity trays, and laminated cushioning pads. Foam density and hardness are calibrated to specific fragility ratings and drop-test requirements. Our CNC routing and water-jet cutting equipment handles complex geometries for high-value instruments, optics, electronics, and medical devices. Anti-static and flame-retardant foam formulations are available with full certification. We also offer foam-in-bag dispensing systems for clients requiring on-demand custom void fill at packing stations.
Our commercial print division combines flexographic and digital printing to deliver vibrant, brand-consistent packaging across all substrates — cardboard, paper tape, mailer bags, tissue wrap, and poly mailers. We support full-bleed printing, foil lamination, spot UV coating, and matte finishes. Minimum order quantities for custom print runs start at 500 units, with digital proofing and physical colour-matched samples provided before production commences. Our design support team assists clients without in-house artwork capabilities, ensuring final output meets retail shelf, e-commerce unboxing, or export shipping requirements.
Before committing to production, clients benefit from a structured consultation process covering product fragility assessment, transport mode analysis, and regulatory labelling review. Our structural packaging designers develop CAD models and physical prototypes for approval. We conduct drop, vibration, and compression testing on-site using ISTA-certified equipment. This service is especially valuable for new product launches, export market entries, or clients transitioning from plastic to paper-based solutions. Outcome reports include material recommendations, cost modelling, and environmental impact comparisons to support procurement decision-making.
We go beyond manufacturing to support our clients' entire packaging supply chain. This includes vendor-managed inventory programmes, consignment stock arrangements, and EDI order integration with client ERP systems.
