Who We Are

Manufacturing Reliability Since Day One

Established in the heart of Northern France, our company has grown into a trusted partner for businesses requiring dependable, high-quality packaging materials. We operate a fully integrated manufacturing facility in Lille, producing everything from single-flute corrugated sheets to heavy-duty industrial pallets and multi-layer protective wraps. Our engineering team continuously refines production techniques to reduce waste, lower costs, and deliver products with shorter lead times — without sacrificing quality.

Our workforce includes experienced engineers, materials scientists, and logistics specialists who collaborate to solve complex packaging challenges for clients across food processing, electronics, automotive, and e-commerce sectors. We invest heavily in R&D, allowing us to offer custom formulations — including biodegradable films, recycled-content cardboard, and compostable void-fill materials — to clients committed to sustainable supply chains.

We believe strong partnerships are built on consistency, transparency, and technical expertise. From initial consultation and prototype development to bulk manufacturing and on-time delivery, our team supports clients at every stage. Our ISO-certified processes and compliance with EU packaging directives ensure our materials meet the strictest safety and environmental standards. Whether you need 500 units or 5 million, we scale production to match your timelines and specifications precisely.

Why Choose Us

Six Reasons Manufacturers Trust Our Materials

Quality packaging materials

Certified European Standards Compliance

All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 and comply with EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive 94/62/EC. Our in-house laboratory conducts mechanical testing, moisture-barrier analysis, and print-adhesion checks on every batch. Clients receive full compliance documentation and material data sheets upon request, ensuring smooth customs clearance for international shipments and seamless integration into regulated supply chains such as food, pharma, and medical devices.

Fully Customised Production Runs

We do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Every client receives a dedicated technical consultation to define exact dimensions, material weights, print specifications, and protective requirements. Our die-cutting, laminating, and printing lines can accommodate bespoke configurations — including brand-specific Pantone colours, embossed logos, and tamper-evident sealing. Whether you need specialised cold-chain packaging, anti-static films, or heavy-load pallet wrap, our engineers design the optimal solution for your product and logistics environment.

Scalable Output with Rapid Lead Times

Our production facility operates three automated shifts, enabling output of up to 80 tonnes of finished packaging material per day. We maintain strategic raw material inventories to prevent supply disruptions, and our scheduling system prioritises urgent orders without penalising standard queue clients. Pilot runs and prototyping are typically completed within five business days. For ongoing supply agreements, we offer JIT (Just-In-Time) delivery coordination directly linked to our clients' warehouse management systems, reducing their storage overhead significantly.

Sustainable Materials & Circular Economy Commitment

Environmental responsibility is core to our operations. Over 70% of our cardboard inputs derive from post-consumer recycled fibre, and our stretch films are now available in a bio-based polyethylene variant. We operate a closed-loop trimming recovery programme — all production offcuts are baled, sold to certified recyclers, or reintroduced into the raw material stream. Our facility runs on renewable electricity under a certified green tariff, and we publish an annual environmental impact report audited by a third-party accredited body.

Competitive Pricing with Volume Flexibility

We structure pricing transparently: base per-unit costs, optional setup fees for custom tooling, and volume-based discount tiers. Clients ordering above threshold quantities receive priority scheduling, free prototype development, and assigned account managers. There are no hidden surcharges for standard delivery zones within France and the Benelux region. For international freight, we coordinate with our logistics partners to provide door-to-door quotations. Long-term framework agreements include price-lock provisions to protect clients from raw material volatility.

Dedicated Technical Support & After-Sales Service

Our client support team includes packaging engineers available to advise on material selection, structural design, and machinery compatibility. Post-delivery, we offer a quality assurance hotline and rapid replacement protocol for any confirmed manufacturing defects. Clients integrating our materials into automated packing lines receive on-site commissioning support and machine setting guidance. We also provide annual packaging audits — reviewing your material usage, damage rates, and waste figures — and recommend optimisations that typically yield measurable cost savings within the first year of partnership.

What We Offer

Our Core Production & Service Lines

Packaging services overview

Corrugated Cardboard Manufacturing

We produce single, double, and triple-wall corrugated board in standard and custom dimensions. Flute profiles range from A to F, allowing clients to select the optimal balance of cushioning, weight, and stacking strength. Our corrugating lines process both virgin kraft and recycled test liner substrates. End products include flat sheets for in-house conversion, pre-cut blanks, and fully formed RSC or die-cut boxes. Printing is available up to four-colour flexography, including barcode, QR code, and regulatory labelling requirements. Clients in automotive and electronics particularly value our ESD-safe liner options.

Stretch Film & Pallet Wrap Production

Our blown and cast stretch film lines produce machine-grade and hand-grade rolls from 17 to 35 microns. Pre-stretch formulations reduce film consumption by up to 50% without sacrificing load containment. We also manufacture UV-resistant outdoor pallet wrap, coloured security wrap, and vented films for produce and perishable logistics. Custom core diameters and roll lengths are available for clients integrating our film into automated wrapping machinery. We supply leading 3PL operators, industrial distributors, and direct to production facilities across Western and Central Europe.

Protective Foam & Cushioning Inserts

We convert polyethylene, polyurethane, and cross-linked foam materials into precision-cut inserts, cavity trays, and laminated cushioning pads. Foam density and hardness are calibrated to specific fragility ratings and drop-test requirements. Our CNC routing and water-jet cutting equipment handles complex geometries for high-value instruments, optics, electronics, and medical devices. Anti-static and flame-retardant foam formulations are available with full certification. We also offer foam-in-bag dispensing systems for clients requiring on-demand custom void fill at packing stations.

Custom Printed Branded Packaging

Our commercial print division combines flexographic and digital printing to deliver vibrant, brand-consistent packaging across all substrates — cardboard, paper tape, mailer bags, tissue wrap, and poly mailers. We support full-bleed printing, foil lamination, spot UV coating, and matte finishes. Minimum order quantities for custom print runs start at 500 units, with digital proofing and physical colour-matched samples provided before production commences. Our design support team assists clients without in-house artwork capabilities, ensuring final output meets retail shelf, e-commerce unboxing, or export shipping requirements.

Packaging Consultation & Structural Design

Before committing to production, clients benefit from a structured consultation process covering product fragility assessment, transport mode analysis, and regulatory labelling review. Our structural packaging designers develop CAD models and physical prototypes for approval. We conduct drop, vibration, and compression testing on-site using ISTA-certified equipment. This service is especially valuable for new product launches, export market entries, or clients transitioning from plastic to paper-based solutions. Outcome reports include material recommendations, cost modelling, and environmental impact comparisons to support procurement decision-making.

Supply Chain Integration & Logistics Coordination

We go beyond manufacturing to support our clients' entire packaging supply chain. This includes vendor-managed inventory programmes, consignment stock arrangements, and EDI order integration with client ERP systems. Our Lille warehouse holds buffer stock for key account clients, enabling same-day dispatch on pre-approved SKUs. We coordinate outbound freight via established carrier partnerships across France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and beyond. Regular stock reviews, consumption forecasting, and quarterly business reviews ensure our clients never face packaging shortages during peak production periods.
